If restaurants die because of smoking bans, they deserve to. Restaurants are
for eating, not smoking; they're for families and socializing, not just for
smoking, which harms everyone...except alcohol purveyors.

This statement is so
As a person who, until last week, has spent almost every Tuesday night at
Molly's for years, I have to tell you that there is a lot more issues there
then just the smoking ban.
Since Molly's moved to the new site, they've never had smoking in the
restaurant side so the smoking ban probab

Gee whiz, Tim, did they happen to reveal how much of that
$11,750,000,000,000 was controlled by the top 2% of the population, or top
5% or 10%? And then divide what is left over--

We have more restaurants than we could possibly support? Then
What claptrap. Restaurants are opening and closing all the time and we have
more restaurants than we could possibly support in this metro area in any
event. For most good restaurants, the smoking ban has boosted business.

Before blaming the smoking ban I would look to the long term ecomonic
decision made by the current administration and the fact that they have
literally drained the most of the middle class wealth. How many meals a day
do the wealthy eat? I think the term "fat cat" refers to their bank accounts
