Does the 30-60 seconds approximate the recovery time for the queue manager
(MQ Services gui and look at queue manager properies - the recovery tab)?

Ever since I installed CSD04 for MQSeries 5.2.1 on Windows 2000 Server I have
been noticing a weird behavior. I have two queue managers lets say are called
QMGR and QMGRA. In most cases I will have QMGR up and running (listener,
initiator), and QMGRA is down. In certain situations I need to sto
