years experienced on those skills and only had 1

questions on the ListServer or www.mqseries.net ?)
I personally assign a value of 2-3 months of equivalent work experience for a

Well,..., Roger, don't be too harsh to the junior MQers. Everyone deserve a chance to do his /her best to excel. We were all junior MQers not many years ago.
I prefer to have the candidate go through an in-depth technical interview
for progress tomorrow if we love it too much.

Actually we already have ppl from a well known vendor
+ experienced to help with the project. Another
candidate is required to help our team with other
concurrent project. We got a lot of response from
those offshore
It is always a smart move to outsource your intellectural capital. That way
