Problem has been resolved. As suspected is was a conversion between EBCDIC
and ASCII and some queue configuration issues.

Subject: FMC01100E Incorrect XML document
We are getting a FMC01100E error on an XML message being generated from a
SQL Stored Procedure on OS/390 which writes it to a queue located on AIX.
Has anyone come across this error, and what may be the resolution
