A new queue attribute was introduced in CSD06, called NPMCLASS.
It is documented in the readme file.

What does it mean - the Saveqmgr won't work with MQ V5.3 - CSD06, if so what

Henry - thanks for the quick confirmation. That means if some one has
NPMCLASS attribute used, SaveQmgr won't pick it up and hence when we
recreate it back using the output, NPMCLASS will be stuffed. In other words,
it won't work as reliably as it used to.
Luckily we are not planning to use

I assume saveqmgr will be updated soon to include this new queue attribute.
Since the source code is included you can also do it yourself.

It seems that the version of saveqmgr that I have does not dump all qmgr attributes...
Notably from the QMGR attributes the following are missing:
COMMANDQ
CCSID
MAXPTRY
DISTL
This was running on Solaris 5.8, WMQ 5.2 (CSD05).
Is this an intentional ommision or a bug ?

saveqmgr is building commands to recreate your queue manager. It has to

The COMMANDQ, MAXPRTY and DISTL attributes are not settable by ALTER QMGR,
