this error message appears when try to compile any thing with mseide .
in configure MSEide i set the paths properly , so whats wrong

i download MSEide+MSEgui 3.0beta1 (src & bin)
put mseide.exe in msegui\apps\ide
then configure all paths correctly
like this --
