We filed a bug on this in March. It is unresolved and we have had no status for months. Best I can tell the “fix” is the ability to set the location in the Client Settings in 1606, as you referred to. Disappointed to hear the actual bug isn’t fixed. I guess it’s deep deep in the old 2007 cod

This is an add-on to Premier. You need Premier, then you can buy automatic escalation to Level 3 support at Premier on a subscription basis. I don’t know how they break it down exactly, but in order to buy SCCM L3 I think we bought all of System Center escalation to L3 upon first call. Ivan
