Does cm07 deploy KB2835361 to these clients, you didn't say.
Get cm07 to download the patch into a package then see if the downloaded patch
applies manually. If it is applicable it should go on.
As for superce
"The update is not
applicable to your computer" but I can install the 'old'
Windows6.1-KB2835361-x86.msu and then reporting is fine.
Unfortunately I already removed KB2855844 from deployment and superseded
patches can't be re-deployed.
