I had a similar issue. If I remember correctly, the boot.WIM file location on old server was inaccessible. Had take ownership of the directory. You can find the location by going to Data Source ->Image Path... found under the image properties. Other items with OSD TS migrations: -Remove Custo

Enabling TPM via the SCCM Task Sequence seems to be giving me all kinds of issues. Using WMI to try to enable the TPM. Using *SetConfig.vbs SecurityChip Active * After booting, trying to enable Bitlocker through the TS and getting an error. The TPM is inactive but still has an owner.
