Maybe it's possible for the dutch people to take their manuals to the
Tilburg fair and convert all the manuals to PDF on the fair!
It's also possible to put al the files on msx2.com becausse we have enough
space on the server. (a few gig)

Adobe Acrobat is suitable for scanning images and text and can write it down
as PDF-file.
This softwarepackage is really expensive, but I'm sure you can find it on
one of the "illegal" CD-ROM's...

The PS format is publicaly available: There's a K-zillion
books on postscript. The sources for ghostview are GPL
(AFAIK), so that's not a problem.
