konami game collection roms

hello guys: I got today in the net the soft that allows us to extract the games from konami game collection disks in rom format. the problem is, i can't extract them (it says: "bad fat table"). Maybe i have a bad copy of the disks. Anyone got it working? Can you tell me what am i doing wrong?
