[mb-style] RFC: Add "founder" as attribute to the Member of Band AR

This clears out another old proposal. Actually, this one is the oldest style proposal still sitting in Trac without some resolution - the trac ticket is 4 years old, the discussion page began before we even had moinmoin, etc. :P Looking at the potential solutions which would allow this data to be
