Are we supposed to use this when we do not recognise/know the instrument or the
instrument is not in the instrument list? Personally I think it is too vague of
an AR and this info should be kept at annotation level until further research
identifies the instrument at each situation.

I too agree with the view that an internet only release is a worldwide
release, because... well because an internet only release IS a worldwide
release, even regardless of what a label might say or where it is located.

I want to add my opinion to the discussion even though I might not be able
to fully participate because I am in a studying frenzy at the moment:
I see we are talking about Live DVDs, but we should talk about Music Video
DVDs in general. Because some live DVDs may include only a concert, some
