abook to lbdb (OT?)

Hi list, please excuse me if this is slightly offtopic, nevertheless this seems a propoer community to ask. Does anyone know if/how I can export an abook data file to a format that can be merged with lbdb's m_inmail.list file? Thank you for all ideas! P
