Update very minor changes.
I have currently hard coded the sizes that I know to work on the mvpmc, if
other sizes of DTV are encountered then this will also have to be added in,
I could just add in all <720 width and <480 heights, but I am not clear if
the mvpmc will properly scale all sizes prop
Sometimes with a really bad crash a thread is left running that holds
on to an a/v device and the only way out is restarting via telnet or
unplugging the mvp.

Actually, that doesn't work... There is no SD vs. HD tuner Both
tuners get HD AND SD depending on the channel#. Thanks anyway...
