Here's something similar, you may need to tweak it some to meet your needs

Suppose I have a group of the following tasks:
1. Clean Room A
2. Clean Room B

I want to commit myself to work on at least one of these tasks daily.
How do I setup the group so that if any one of them is complete for the
day, they all disappear from the daily todo list
Hi,
I have templates set up for my projects and for the projects, I have
"Complete subtasks in order" checked. This works fine but frequently I have
"less important" tasks I have to skip and would like to show something that
I want to work on next in the to-do list. I know I can move tasks up an
Be sure that your Memorial Day has a reminder to two-block it, then lower
to half mast, and at noon set another reminder to two-block it again. And
thank you for the idea of making this an MLO recurrence, Joel. I hadn't
thought of that.

This is the main reason though why I've seen some developers stay with one
platform and have decided not to try and develop for every known platform.
I know one who develops task management software. He only develops for
Windows. You get so many people all who want a version of that software on
I'd be interested also to find out if you've found something that works as
well. I understand your frustrations about the mobile version.

So why get on here to tell people you're leaving? Unless you were a
constant presence on the board and you're well known by at least several,
it's sort of pointless. Not trying to be mean but this is something I would
do if I was was upset with development not coming as fast as I wanted to

Hello there,
What i think is really amazing in MLO is its powerful query capabilities in
the todo. I did all kind of saved views and i loved it. It is because the
mobile model that i'm leaving. I tried, but couldn't operate with manually
syncs and the lack of customized views on both iphone and

not trying to necessarily provoke any response and you can call me troll
anytime you want. doesn't hurt my feelings, only words. but comments do
pique my curiosity.
you'll throw casual comments out about "lazy programming" and the like so
it kind of lends itself to a perception that
Okay everyone, as one of the group moderators I'd like to ask that this be
taken off list. I think everything to say has been said. Please refrain from
posting more on this topic and let's get back to talking about how we most
effectively use MLO as it is now.
Thanks!

It's always nice to be able to change default settings but I guess a line
has to be drawn somewhere. Had a quick look at the registry to see if there
was a hack but the only relevant keys were the store of location histories
which could be deleted if you wanted to clear them.

True - but it would be one less thing to click if the last used print
location was the default. Many programs do this to reduce the clicking -
it's no big deal - but I think it's one small step towards the greater
collective(it's the details that make things great) :-)
On Tuesday, July 10,
works great. Thanks for the quick reply.

For example, using Ultra Recall, links are specified as
ur://C:/UltraRecall/file.urd?item=1000
If specified like above it does not underline it. If I add "\\" before the
link it underlines it but if i click on this, there is a long pause
