Hi Lewie. welcome to MLO - I'm sure you'll like it. The inbox is a great way to quickly capture a Todo and I use it regularly. You can assign it to contexts as well as dates as you create it using the quick entry box but you can also tell it what folder or Project it belongs to. You click the

Checking off a task as completed in either Google Tasks or MLO does not check it off in the other with this method. It just sends a copy of the task in one direction from MLO to Google Tasks. The free version should work. On Wednesday, October 2, 2013 8:28:56 AM UTC-4, Dwight Arthur wrote: >

[MLO] Custom icon sizes and colours

Can anyone help me with finding out the two icon sizes which MLO (desktop) can work with. The current version of the MLO guide says that you can only upload 16x16 32-bit icons, but I'm sure that's wrong: I remember reading something different in the past, and the built-in icon set includes so

Hi, Lewie. I know three ways to change the parent of a task that already exists. 1. drag and drop. Drop the task onto the folder that will be its new parent. I assume that this is self-explanatory. 2. right click the task and select "Move to..." from the context menu. This brings up a popup show
