Good question Don. I had the same thoughts when I started. I chose MLO to support my GTD 'habit' and chose the GTD but, even now, I'm not sure how much of my configuration is based on the template, how much is native MLO and how much is my configuration.. I followed some guidance on this forum

I get this too once in a while, and in my case its usually something like adding a context to everything under my ' work' tree. I bet you would get the same if you changed the name of a context, etc. Or there is the small chance you opened an older file (copy) on your PC, etc.. That being sa

2014-03-14 Thread Brian Cohen
Question, if on one Windows machine, I have Outlook Sync enabled, and I also have MLO Cloud sync going. On the 2nd Windows machine, will I see the Outlook sync settings in it's local .ml file? I actually hope the answer is no, as I only want the Outlook sync to happen on one client/.ml file.

As a brand new user, I think that MLO is someday going to be a very useful tool for me. However, it seems very difficult to figure it out. It is a little like being put in a cockpit of a jumbo jet, and told to fly it. Is there any place in the help process to show the simplest tasks? a tuto

Honestly - the best way is to ask what you'd like it to do and we can guide you. Do you have a base plan? Are you following a certain model? The documentation is improving, but I learned more by just asking and then experimenting. On Friday, March 14, 2014 8:17:08 AM UTC-5, don wrote: > > As
