Hi

That will outdent or promote it. If you want the task to wind up below its
current parent you can drag it a sevond time after it has been promoted.

Thanks Dwight, that's what I ended up doing. A little harder than the press and
hold menu, my wife misses that! There was also a Complete all subtasks too, in
the menu that had Zoom. It was nice in that the holder for a reusable checklist
could be a folder.

Mark,
You might get better followup if you separated your issues, one issue per
thread. Right now, I can comment only on your third issue.
There are two different add-to-inbox buttons. I think that you are using the

I am running the release 2.0.6.
Thank you for the support.

Hi, everyone!
The MLO Team is glad to announce that MyLifeOrganized 2 for Android went
live! We have started to release MLO 2 gradually in November, adding more
devices day by day. And, from this moment, the new version is available for
all the devices and users, both on our website and Google
Hi, Laurence. I had not been aware of a "uncomplete all subtasks" function in
v1 and i don't know of one in v2 either. The closest thing i know is to make
the parent a (daily?) repeating task and in the "recurring task advanced
options" set "subtask resetting" to "reset to uncomplete". Then, whe
Jennifer,
I have been working with MLO for about 5 years. 2 years ago I actually
started a new file. It has built up thousands of items over that time. Up
until a week or two ago it was going at lightning speed doing the usual
basic things.
But last week I notice that it slowed down dramatically.
I found a workaround. I'm able to cut and paste a record to put it where it
needs to be, but am still looking for a way to move it to the left in "move"
mode. Is there a way?

Hi Chris, thanks for the feedback.
I'm glad to know the system generally works fast (I only have maybe 200
tasks), I hope I can get it running that way for me!

Thanks, that worked to indent, but how do I get it to "outdent" so it goes back
to where it was before?

How do you indent an existing task in Android v2? I can move tasks up and down

It has been released, but it is a phased release, I got it last night, I
guess it will be with you soon...

I got the update for V2 last night, so some of this could be pure ignorance
of the new tool.
Overall I would say my experience of the app is positive, I like to the new
task entry etc. Although I find even on a Galaxy S6 some of the animations
run a little slow..

So folks, I'm viewing my list of tasks in the Active by Context view, and
quickly want to add a new task. I press the red button "NEW TASK", and it
falls somewhere under one of the currently selected tasks. Now it is
associated with a project as the currently selected task was. I want to

I also used this a lot, hopefully we'll see it added back in for the next

Thanks Arthur.
I read the first half of your answer and it seems very interesting, but I have

sound on my life (organized...).
I will answer you whenever my head will run on it.

this was one of the options on pressing and holding a task. Can someone
