[MLO] Tasks from MLO Desktop not syncing on Android phone

Hi I purchased the MLO Android pro version today and also bought MLO cloud subscription. When I am trying to sync the android phone only the inbox items are getting synced. I have many folders within outline that arre not showing up on phone. Neither is the all active tasks showing anything on

Jennifer, I have been working with MLO for about 5 years. 2 years ago I actually started a new file. It has built up thousands of items over that time. Up until a week or two ago it was going at lightning speed doing the usual basic things. But last week I notice that it slowed down dramatically.
