Hi, BS and Bidness. It's my opinion that Linux is the third-most
wished-for MLO platform, with Mac at the top followed by Windows phone.
My opinion, and I believe I am agreeing with BS and the OP, is that a
cloud-based API with a web UI would be the best: it would be usable by

I hear you. You make good points. You are where I was a few years ago -
since, I use Linux exclusively and have not looked back.
It has often been said that the only real way to 'learn' Linux is to live
with Linux. So I will suggest that you switch to Linux full time, now -
yes, it will be pain
I just installed Windows MLO Pro V4.4.0. I can successfully launch the Help
window from the program. However no details are ever displayed in the right
panel regardless of what I select. I reviewed previous posts concerning the
help file. I check the properties of mlo.chm and nothing is blocked.
I've noticed this recently. It did not do this before in prior versions. So
I've avoided editing the title on the detail task page, and instead edit titles
on the view page.

Hi Dwight,
Maybe you are right.
As I admitted to, "I have some tendencies" toward being cranky and certain
older portions of internet culture, including a strong sense of self

At any rate, are they paying you anything yet? If not,
I came here to post some concerns I had, but Google Groups brought this
thread up as a suggestion, and so I thought I would add to this thread
instead of creating a new one.
I will just ad the observation that, 4 years on from OP, that some of the
same issues still exist (unless I have missed s
Hi, Bidness. I agree with a lot of what you say and I can tolerate most of
what's left but I have to disagree with your thoughts about funding
customer service. It's not a zero sum game. For a product with a steep
learning curve (that would be MLO) suboptimal customer service drives away

The following is just my $0.02, and is not intended to insult anyone in
particular. Allow me to begin by insulting myself so that we can all be on
equal footing. I am not quite the full blown neckbearded stereotypical
basement dwelling Linux user, but let's just say that I have "some

Yes this happens to me but only on tabs where I have selected "Locked
Default in this tab". So whenever I zoom-in on any tasks in this tab it
zooms in to Inbox. If I am selecting a task in a normal tab to zoom-in,
then it works fine.
I hope this helps.

I share the shopping lists with my gf. I just installed MLO on her phone
and synced it to that profile. I did have to split "Purchasing" off into a
second profile, in order to keep my personal/business stuff separate. It
works pretty well, only problem is switching back and forth between
