you are right, quicksearch is working. Just starting to type the name of my
task or folder will take me directly to it, if the prefix is unique. Thanks!

Great, I didn't know this. Thanks for the hint, Andrey.
@Narny: Thanks for the shortcut, this is great, too!

After a quick glance I didn't find an action "indent/outdent/move up/move

In my opinion working with the Excel export is more suitable and useful
than having the MLO data in Word. Abnerdd, may we know what is your goal
with having your complete outline in Word? I am sure if you explain what
you want to achieve there will be good ideas here in the group
In the windows Desktop version use the menu entry Task -> new from

copy (that is your template) -> press Enter
Hope this is what you are looking for.

You received this message because you
write the concrete reminder date or use rmd
for example:
respond to ram today 06:00am -l 2h remind me 2h in advance
respond to ram today 06:00am -l 2h rmd 2h (this is same as first)
respond to ram today 06:00am -l 2h rmd 04:00am
Please tell if this works for you.

I think MLO is just so mighty that it can support you doing your job
better than using notepad. Hope that helps.

John,
there is a user guide on the website as pdf. You can read it by going
through fast to get an idea if all functions. Then you can use MLO and
refer back to the pdf in detail by using this concrete function.

John,
1) If you mark the option "hide branch in todo", then this task and
all its actual and future subtasks will be hidden. Therefore it is
called "hide branch..." and not "hide task...".
Hope that fits your needs.

LondonTrader,
The status bar is normally displayed for items that are marked as
projects. It will be filled more for each completed subtask. It should
be completely filled as soon as all subtasks and the item itself were
marked as completed.
Does this help.
