I use Zapier ( https://zapier.com/ ) to automate this. I have a Zap that automatically triggers when I set a self-created Gmail label of MLO to any email. The Zap sends that labelled email to my MLO file via the cloudsync email address and it turns up in my inbox while automatically embedding
