Hello,
I don’t know the answer because I have never fully understood the
functionality of context.
If you step back and try to imagine: what if you were using flags or text
tags, then maybe they would work in a more straightforward way.

Sometimes I create another folder called "MyInbox". The official MLO InBox
can be stubborn. For example, if I add a task to the Iphone Today view,
that task will automatically go to the MLO Inbox.

I received the message from MLO saying that my profile had too many tasks and I
was at risk of having the performance of the app slow down. I have 3000 tasks.
I have the latest iPhone with the maximum memory, and I have a good desktop.
Does anyone know how many tasks that you can have before you
Searching for a word in the notes in MLO
If I search for a word in the desktop version, MLO will highlight the
result which is handy if the result in somewhere in a very long note. If I
search for the same word in the IOS version, it will not highlight the
result in the note text, but it will
I agree. If a task is in the inbox, then you have to use move to get it out of
the inbox. The inbox, to me, is a folder.

As far as I know, notes are a block of text that applies only to that task. The
task has a caption, and then there are properties such as due date, completed
date, context, and the notes.

To illustrate this idea, create a view that includes all of your tasks. Group
by Created Date, Descending. Sort by Created Date, descending. You can see what
you did on each day.
Whenever a MLO task is created, it automatically gets a created date, which
also includes the exact time.

In the IOS app: Create a view and group the items by context. Go to the group
under the context you are interested in and select one of the items. At the
bottom of the screen click on the square with a plus sign. Type in the new item
and hit enter. The new item will have that context.

I thought that MLO fetched events from the phone’s calendar (which can sync

Everyone is doing well and I wish the best for them.
Putting items into folders can result in difficulty when you create a view and
the items in the folder are hidden.
A less aggressive approach would be to give your forgotten items a context,
such as “forgotten”. When you create a view just

I have numerous profiles on MLO running on the Iphone. At the bottom of the
view menu there is "Current Profile: name of profile currently open. If you
click on that you see a list of profiles used by MLO. I have numerous
profiles and they are all locked and will open with face recognition. Now,
On the IOS version, in the Today view: If you group your My Tasks "By
Reminder", and you create a new task, that task will automatically get a
reminder set at 10 minutes after the task is created. Bug or Blessing?

I'd like to add a request for a due date time picker in the Windows
version. When I establish a due date, I can click on the "use time" button,
but when I do it shows the current time but no drop down, etc. The IOS
version has an excellent time picker.

Thank you so much. I tried this and yes: hitting the space bar will
uncomplete all 90 of the task clones created today by a completing a daily
recurrence 90 times.
This is easy now. I think I can proceed without a feature request.

I have a task that I do every day. I want to clone it to appear as a task

those tasks now. So I create the task that is due today, declare it to
recur daily, advanced feature to create a copy when complete. Then I click

Yes it is a good idea to look at apps like Todoist. Instead of running
other apps, however, I would like to mimic their functionality using the
features built into MLO.

Here is my opinion. Anyone can correct me: There are 2 ways to sync, WiFi

With Cloud sync, there is a "mothership" somewhere up there in the cloud.
You have to have a cloud password and you have to pay for the use of the
