Hi everyone,
I'm using MLO 3.6.3. Is there a way to make the default importance of any
new task be 5 without having to set -i5 when I create it?
Thanks,
Ram.

Hello everyone,
I really hope there's a good answer to my problem, because I'm making a new
productivity scheme for myself and it depends on this thing working.
I've set up manual sorting in my views. Unsurprisingly, the tasks that I
put at the top of my list are the ones that I want to look

If something requires using the mouse for everyday work, it's irrelevant to
me. I don't use the mouse.

Hi, Ram.
First, I want to validate your approach of keeping tasks you are never
going to do in MLO. I do that, and it feels to me to be totally consistent
with the GTD approach of freeing your brain to do something productive
no problem showing the someday tasks since they are grouped in a
flag indicating them as Unlikely to do. My brain sees the flag and
ignores them automatically :)

I have no more idea, and it could be great to have an option in the RTE to
choose top or bottom.
So we're agreed :)

One of my favorite things in MLO is how easily it can be controlled with
the keyboard. This allows using MLO really quickly without using the mouse
and inducing RSI.

Can that be accomplished with MLO?

Normally I look at the list, which means it would get refreshed

My experience is that it does *not* get refreshed automatically. If you do
stuff like add tasks, it gets refreshed, but not if you just look at it.

Hello,
MLO refreshes the todo list (i.e. checks if there's tasks whose start time
just started and then displays them) every time you press F5, or F9, or add
a new task, or possibly other actions.
This is a bit annoying, because then I am sometimes looking at MLO and I
can't be 100% sure that

Hello,
I've had this problem a few times. The RTE window does not appear when
pressing the shortcut. This happened to me on different occasions on
different computers on different key combinations. At first RTE works, but
after a while (say days) it stops working, and when I press the key
combination, though it was years ago. Are you loading other programs perhaps
that reset the key binding?

I put a task for myself clean washer's pump filter according to manual. I

Hello,
I'm just now starting to work with MLO! It looks good but figuring out a
good workflow will be a difficult process.
For starters, sometimes I have time for personal stuff only and don't want
to work on Work stuff at all. i.e. I want to see anything but the Work
folder on my Todo list.
