I have a Solaris 8 Server. I have just compiled MySql 3.23.51.
My Solaris servershas 2 NIC's - 1 with the name/ip of burns, the other with
the name/ip vader
I have done a
make all;
make install;
mysql_install_db
I have then copied the mysql.serverto /etc/init.d/mysql_server
I start
