back on track and MySql is allowing me access to my databases. Sorry for

Hi!
I installed mysql 3.23 a while ago and all was well. Recently there was
some activity on my Windows ME computer, in which someone uninstalled mysql
and then tried putting it back and then (just for good measure. . .) managed
to get into privileges and eliminate localhost (or so it appears)
