It is looking for the file libexec becoz the libexec
contains the location of the mysqld process to start
mysql.
change the path of the mysqld -- if libexec doesnt
exist chances are this file is located in
/usr/yourmysqldirectorypath/bin/

and if I kill one all the other get locked and the db freezes.
