I have created two tables in mysql for users, and groups, but when I try to
log into the ftp server I get this error:

It worked yesterday but not today:
mysql> LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE "users" INTO TABLE users;
ERROR 1148: The used command is not allowed with this MySQL version
