Hi, I've got a problem with mysql4 on debian. I've installed with apt
but I get this error:
# /etc/init.d/mysql start
Starting MySQL database server: mysqld...failed.
Please take a look at the syslog.
/usr/bin/mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed

running daemons are, at least, 8 !(is'nt it ?)
And the process size, or thread size, decrease when the program goes down
with 3.23.32.
