I'm new to configure mysql. I have read all pages on mysql.com ablut the
subject, and have figured out that some numbers are a bit to high. As config
file Have I used my-huge.cnf.
here are some numbers:

Edited my-small.cnf and changed it to my.cnf saved it in the root of my
C-drive..

Hi I'm trying to setup a site on my local linux.
What is a good database creation gui similar to ACCESS?
Currently I use access to make my db then an app called access2mysql that
makes a .sql file out of it. Usually it works fine but it crashes on my latest db
structure.
On my server which I am b
, you can add that
command to your /etc/rc.d/rc.local file to automatically start MySQL at boot
time.

These libraries should be on Debian installation CD.
You just need to install them.

FYI, you can get 3.23.xx.deb from unstable in Debian.

Our problem concerns an abnormal abort of:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql
error messages show that lncurses, lcurses, ltermcap, could not be found.
We are running Debian Linux 2.2x, on SPARC. We are trying to install
3.23.33. Any help would be useful thank you.
