We use MS Access with ODBC links to MySQL, but prefer a commercial product
called MyManager. It cost about $199.00 US. for the professional version.

this one as the best for our purposes.

There are many tools in the contributions section to manipulate a mysql
database without the need to resort to Access and odbc. What do you need to
do?
