I couldn't get temporary table to load into memory using type=heap, here's
the sample error as following:
mysql create table tblheap (
- id int not null auto_increment,
- primary key (id),
- value_a tinyint )
- type=heap;
ERROR 1164: The used table type doesn't support
I think the error is self-explanatory - you can't use auto_increment in a
heap table (but you can have an index)
