Current SVN is unable to lock CBS for recording for some strange reason.

Restoring to .18.1 allows this channel to be recorded and does not produce the

All other channels seem to record fine under current SVN.
you might also want to be certain that you have actually run
"mythfilldatabase" from the command line. My experience has been that
mythtv-setup does not actually populate the database with the necessary
channel information.
You can also check the channel editor in mythtv-setup to see that there a

I'll give that a try too.

Are you in the States pulling Digital from an Off Air Antenna? I thought we
had to use cx88-atsc in this case.

I've recently been experimenting on a second box with upgrading my MythTV rig
(OTA HDTV - ATSC) to kernel 2.6.11 with pcHDTV 2.0 Drivers. The bottom line
here is that the pcHDTV 2.0 driver apear to be working fine, though they use
/dev/video2 and /dev/video3 instead of the /dev/video32 and /dev/vi

For some strange reason, Myth is now unable to tune in FOX. This just started
with my last CVS version. This is on an HD-3000. xine-hd pulls it right in,
not sure what happened but stepping back to previous versions doesn't seem to
fix it. Maybe FOX changed something here in Denver but the deco

Cool enough. I'll fix that, recompile and let you know. Guess that setting
needs to be enabled in settings.pro. Do I need to disable xv?

If, as Brad suggests, XvMC is available as a default when you compile Mythtv,
then you will not be limited to B/W. My images are full color and display
smoothly. There is one interesting anomoly which appears to be due to the
current driver. Every now and then, during extremely rapid motion a ve
OK, I set up to test this based on Brad's suggestions to first record a
program, then to baseline mythcommflag's fps performance, the to watch a
program while again running mythcommflag against anoither recorded show of the
same resolution. In this case I used 720p shows recorded off FOX.
