What I was told last night is if you have cable connection you will have a good chance of pumping foxtel thru mythtv. I have been told that Transact, optus and not sure about foxtel are sending the video using mpeg technology thru cable system I keep meaning to look at the back of mine to see

Hi nick, Which of the transmitter circuits did you go for? The port I have available to use is on the motherboard so Im leaning towards the simple amplified design to be safe. I figure I could pull 5 volts off a spare connector on the PCs powersupply to run it. Did you also build
