I would just bet that letting the product cool down before you file the edge off will make a world of difference. While it is still warm you are fighting a losing battle. You're pulling on it and it is stretching. Put it on all five or even ten (fingers or toes) and then go back and file the firs

I did the same thing Shannon! I tried a hair dryer first and wow, that was not fun! LOL! I just bought the minx lamp and it did make a world of difference! Like you, I didn't want to spend that much money so I had my hubby go out and try to find a similar one. He came home with a bulb no lamp!

Diana, I have raised my prices four times since I started in this business. I was always afraid of losing the client more than if the tip would disappear. The last increase was in August of 2008. Although we do not have to explain WHY we are raising the costs, it is just a nice gesture to let the
