I had already done a dry pedi with shellac toes. When we were
settling in to do her regular fill she decided to do a shellac colour
over her finger nails so they would match, I wasn't sure what the
best surface was for the shellac to bond tonow I know, sealed
with dispersion layer left

I made...
I did Red Baroness...and was very surprised at the richness of the color with
the first thin coat. The application seemed flawless and the finish was great.

it's supposed to be a 10 second cure for the base and two minute cures for the
color and top coat. The new CND light is more powerful than the LE light but

If the bulbs are listed as "4 watt" that lamp wouldn't work with any of the
gels in the entire Star Nail Company. 6 watt bulbs are pushing it these
days. They're mostly ok for clear. But anything with a pigment in it
(white, color) definitely needs a 9watt bulb to cure. It doesn't mat
