Axxium has both full lines of soak off and non soak off. The soak off base is
in
a little pot in a box that looks like the colors. :) The non soak off is in a
bigger pot, no box... Soak off sealer in a blue bottle, non soak off is in a

The Illum one and Illum two collections from Young Nails have to be capped.
They are colored aluminum flakes. If you don't cap, you will file off the
color. I always say to apply your glitter thin so that you can cap all in
clear. It gives a 3D look and you never have the "oh crap" moment where
well, your cheaper brands of glitter will file silver, so those you really
need to cap in clear. glitter from art institute or young nails (same
thing) and im sure others you dont need to cap.

At Dawn's PA networking event we compared the two. With the sunflower, you
could see the particles flying up and it was nowhere as good as the
Partigon. Quite a few of us were observing this!
