Hey Becky, I want to know if you think it's helped improve your posture?
And is it comfortable to sit in while you're doing nails?Do you need a
lot of space for it, or is the footprint about the same as a regular chair?

I love love love my ball chair It's made by Gaiam and you can get
it off their website (www.Gaiam.com). I bought mine on eBay but even
on the website it's not a whole lot of money (maybe around $100). IMO
the fact that it saves your back, it's worth the money.
Hope this helps.

I was actually in Nails magazine years ago about using one in my office. I now
have all bar height chairs at my desk, etc so I can stand at my laptop and
computer, but I used a stability ball for years, what do you want to know?

Think of a Prescription Nail that is tinted a light pink, with a French

It just depends on how well the fit is on the natural nail and how much glue
you use. It seems to work best placing them on at the cuticle at a 45 degree
angle, setting them down onto the nail bed with not too much pressure. Once
they're down, that's it. The more you play with them the worse
Hi Angela,
I use Prescription nails alot. I have even converted some acrylic clients to

We do not use the glue, activtor or barrier cream that comes with the kit.
