The problem with waivers is that they imply that something will go wrong,

you are going to get her to sign a waiver for a service you know you
should not be doing.. well then you just signed your career away if
something goes wrong.. I would rather lose the client than go that

What would the waiver be for? I'd be cautious about that. If you are doing
professional and ethical work and not going beyond the scope of your
practice...there shouldn't be a reason to. I like the idea of having
