I have taken B complexes before, but I never got the results. You would have
to ask your doctor about the switch. Unless of course you can just put them
side by side and the "doctors choice" has more B vitamins. I do not know why
you had the gastric bypass. B vitamins do not cause

search for multi-vitamins. Specifically high dose of b12. I didn't order them

the site I sent you all to. I paid $25, and they had about 1000 reviews, so
I read them before buying. A lot of them had odd ball
