I would love a 10 second cure time. I often finish my gel application on the
second hand and then have to wait for the lamp. This would really help for the
occasional one nail repair and it would greatly speed up my time when I do my
own nails! My clients do not mess up their nails between coats

Elaine,
I have made the same observation and determined that there is absolutely no
need for me to jump on the LED bandwagon. The only way this would truly save me
time is if I had a clone working on the guests other had at the same time.

I was intrigued by the LED light and "ALMOST" wanted on until I saw a Gelish
demo in Orlando. The fact that LED does not bounce means that even though
you can put the whole hand in the light, the thumbs need to be cured
separately. I did the four fingers and thumb thing for years and do not
care

I have to side with the slower folks. I LOVE the speed of the LED, but was
wondering the same thing the other day. I rarely wait on the

Elaine, I came up with the same argument. I’m not that fast, so it makes no
difference to me that I’d save time curing when I’m not ready for the other

Hello Preacher Elaine, I'd like to introduce myself? I'm the Choir.
MAYBE I could use a 1 minute to 90 second cure time, but I find the same thing
with my application-- by the time I'm done with one hand, it's time to take the
first one out of the lamp anyway. Faster cure times aren't going to
I take about the same amount of time. I never have to wait on the light. If the
light goes off in 10 sec then what is my client going to be doing for the
remainder of the time? Texting, pushing her hair out of her face, scratching an
itch, wiping her nose with a kleenex getting lint all over her

The big selling point for me is the fact that I won't have to be replacing
bulbs all the time and that the bulbs don't lose their power like regular uv
bulbs do.

You're right, with applying the color, and making sure to clean around the
