Ian, Gert, would you mind replacing the exemption clause in the license
file and possibly on the web site when you have a free chance. I made
a couple of tweaks to change the references from libraries to
assembl

It fails about 59 out of 60 times. The error happens
in one of several places in the build. I'm going to
try it on another machine this afternoon and if it
fails there also, I'll try to set up a build with
manual resgen to just perform the operation where it
normally happens and see if I can isol
