to TEA 3.5 (it's just the tcl.m4 + TEA_INIT([3.5] in configure.in).
Allthough
the version in naviserver is pretty recent, but a few day later 3.5 with
some bug
fixes came out.

Normally, you'd go checkout the naviserver project w/o any
special tags...
