Ok, so the results of my experience.
1) Installed neo4j as a service (neo-1.9.5), using neo4j.bat install
command. Service is installed.
2) Started neo4j. 1 node (root node) and 0 relationships are present. This
is expected.
3) Started neoclipse, created new connection, created 4 nodes and 5
