I'll make some on the laser cutter...

Aha! I thought it was a regular Compactron socket.
You just need that little spring clip with the nylon standoff to

The full data is available from several sites, such as Jan's :

It seems the final anode
I habe added a drawing of the NIMO socket and base from a datasheet I have
(pdf) to the photo directory named 'NIMO Socket'.
May be it is practical for understanding the connection of the acelleration
anode.
This side contact has an offsett of 18°± 3' to pin 12.
The drawing of the socket shows c
It's a dilemma.
Some years ago I found two calculators with pandicon tubes at garage
or estate sales, within a few weeks of each other. Both were in
perfect shape, both working. One was branded "Logic Data", can't
recall the other, but electrically it was a clone of the first.

Nope they have a standard base but a final anode connection on the
side of the tube - a special socket was made that connects

Nick,
I thought it was a standard 12 pin Compactron socket. I have some of
those, and they are rather common (for big tube sockets).

There are many folk who use a derivative of the MAX 1771 design
Hi,
Has anyone got a NIMO tube socket they are willing to sell/swap? (I
have the tubes)
Thanks
