Hello
I have a dual CPU Solaris 10 sparc machine, whose CPU I am monitoring.
At the moment the OIDs I am querying are ssCpuRawUser.0&ssCpuRawUser.0, i.e.
Total of System and User Processes.
But which CPU's information is it giving me, or is it giving me the system's
average CPU usage?

Hi,
I've successfully set snmpd and snmptrapd to work together using
NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB support :
$ snmptrap -e 0x81020304 localhost 0 linkUp.0 ifIndex i 4
ifAdminStatus i 1 ifOperStatus i 2
/( /var/log/syslog )
...
Sep 30 16:03:04 localhost snmptrapd[26264]: 2009-09-30 16:0
HI:
as you know ,we can send out a snmpv2_trap user the function
send_v2trap,but i heard somebody said that the send_v2trap would still send out
a trap in any format configured (v1, v2c and v3),everyone who can tell me how
can i configured it?
greetings
karl

Good question. I was assuming that switching to winExtDLL would solve this
issue, but apparently this is not the case. The tests I ran on Windows 2
Hello,
I am new to NET-SNMP and want to know whether there are binaries available
for Linux Red Hat Enterprise?
If yes, can someone please give me the link.
If no, is it correct to say that the only way NET-SNMP can be run on Linux
RHEL is by compiling the latest source code?
Thanks in advance
