snmpset Request issued second time automatically

Hello Everybody, Having a problem while issuing snmpset command. Situation is something like this, SNMP Manager issues a snmpset command on a managed object residing on SNMP Agent. Now the issuing of this command is done only once, but on the other end snmp Agent is recieving this set request

nsNOTIFYshutdown trap not send

Hi, I am using NET-SNMP version: 5.3.1 . SNMP configured ad version 2c. When I brought down SNMP (master and entity-subagent) , no nsNOTIFYshutdown trap is sent . Instead I could see generic-trap: enterpriseSpecific (6) trap when shutdown is performed. Thanks in advance for any
