I am a new user and I am stuck with snmpget.
When I try snmpget communityName ipaddress I get a snmpget: Unknown host. I
have tried Saint Google and man pages, but I can not find a solution.
Has anyone ideas or examples?

Please read the snmpget and snmpcmd man pages.
That is not the correct syntax for this command.
