Hi Lou, in my view, we should do the following two (significant) changes: 1. Instead of borrowing a grouping from ietf-yang-library and having a parallel list of mounted schemas, we should keep *all* mounted schemas directly in the YANG library and refer to them from schema-mounts structures.
