New Builds

I have experienced difficulties finding out about new builds because (presumably) my ISP (NTL) caches pages. The more often I check, the less likely, it seems, to find them! Could the Builds page (http://www.netsurf-browser.org/builds/) have something in its header to prevent this, please? I do
